Negatives taken for the purpose of producing photographic postcards of Idaho views. Photographs were taken between 1945 and 1960 by photographers like J. Boyd Ellis of the Ellis Post Card Co., Perkins, Collins and Christian. Images span from Lewiston Hill, Thousand Springs, Nampa, Pierce, Orofino and various dams throughout Idaho.

Collection of 289 negatives, mostly glass plates but with a fair proportion of cut film. These negatives were used in production of picture postcards up to the time that lithographed colored cards came in. Dated from early 1900s to late 1920s. Towns include Ketchum, Rexburg, Nampa, Rigby, Lewiston, Pocatello, Boise and Emmett.
